Through the lens of science, skepticism, and first-hand experience, Orbs: The Veil Is Lifting opens a conversation about the nature of reality—and the possibility that it is far more vast than we've been led to believe.

Stories of unseen realms and their inhabitants appear in every culture throughout time. Tales of angels and ancestors, fairies and spirits, beings of light glimpsed at the edges of perception have been passed down, with a few rare souls having seen them with their own eyes long before the camera was invented.

Now, digital cameras are capturing more of the light spectrum than we can normally perceive, allowing more and more people around the world to photograph the same phenomenon: luminous spheres of light known as Orbs.

About The Film

Orbs: The Veil Is Lifting is an award-winning documentary that brings together nine voices from remarkably different perspectives—a Stanford physics professor, a theologian, a psychologist, a channel, artists and healers—to explore what these Orbs might be, what their presence could mean and how you can experience them for yourself.

Featuring hundreds of spectacular photographs, stunning historical art, and an original flute and harp soundtrack, the film invites you to witness the evidence and draw your own conclusions.

The Phenomenon

For decades, Orbs have been photographed at sacred sites around the world—places of worship, ancient ruins, ley lines. Now they are appearing everywhere: at parties and weddings, living rooms and backyards. Digital cameras are now capturing what our eyes alone often miss.

What makes these images so compelling is that they appear to be evidence of a world beyond our everyday physical plane of existence. Orbs seem to exhibit a form of consciousness because of where and when they appear. They show up in greater numbers when groups gather with intention or when music is played, or people are dancing, or feelings of deep emotional connection are felt. The more photographs that are taken in the same place, the more the space is "conditioned" and the more Orbs will tend to appear.

Coincidence? Pattern recognition? Or something responding to us? The film explores these questions without claiming easy answers.
